In the country's most popular seaside resort Palanga the boutique-style apartments are being created. Palanga Dreams apartaments has been born out of a history enriched by new possibilities. “We are looking for a feeling, we are looking for history, we are looking for charismatic buildings and places that evoke feelings and thoughts.
